Don't panic. Usually, this means the cargo is in between major scan points, such as an ocean crossing or a long-haul domestic transit. Our systems refresh every time a barcode hits a new terminal.
What does "Customs Clearance" imply for my delivery date?
It's a standard procedure. We work closely with agents at Coral Current Logistics to expedite this, but international shipments can sometimes face random inspections that add 1-2 business days to the timeline.
Can I redirect my package while it's in transit?
We're flexible. You'll need to contact our support team at [email protected] with your tracking ID. Redirects are possible before the "Out for Delivery" stage, though additional fees may apply.
